Miller’s Nursing Review conducts scheduled intensive 10 week courses for nurses who have failed the NCLEX three or more times. Nurses with expired licenses looking to return to nursing are encouraged to register as this course is packed with 80 hours of didactic education and 96 hours of clinical experience. You are immersed in an educational environment that helps you rebuild the confidence and skills you need to re-enter the exciting field of health care. The lectures are conducted by Dr. Miller who leads the class with inspiring live lectures filled with tips, techniques, and informative graphics to help you remember the subject matter needed to pass the NCLEX. The clinical portions of the course are held at Osceola Regional Hospital.

NCLEX-RN/LPN Remediation is for:

  • Nurses who have failed the NCLEX-RN/LPN three (3) or more times and IS REQUIRED by the State of Florida to take 80 hours of didactic education and 96 clinical hours.
  • Nurses who want to build confidence and critical thinking skills.

NCLEX-RN/LPN Remediation Fees:
Total Fee: $1,825.00 . This fee includes the class lecture, a Miller’s Study Guide, Miller’€™s Polo Shirt, background check, Mask Fit Test, and processing fees. Refunds will only be granted if a written notice of cancellation is received two (2) weeks BEFORE the start date of the course.  No refund will be given if you register within two (2) weeks of the class start date.

Any modifications to a future date & subsequent cancellations, no refund will be given.
  • Payments are accepted on or before registration deadline date.
  • All workforce vouchers must be submitted no later than the week prior to class start date.
  • You must purchase the following separately from the $1825.00 tuition: RNs- the 6th edition Comprehensive Review by Linda Anne Silvestri and LPNs- the 6th edition before class start date.


Please Note that if clinical opportunity is denied secondary to background check information, no refund will be given.

  • Hours for Remediation (classroom) 8:30-4:30 (Clinicals) 7am-7pm.
  • Clinicals are held at Osceola Regional Hospital 700 W. Oak Street in Kissimmee, Fl. Clinical dates are subject to change.
  • The fee for Miller`s Remediation/ Refresher is $1825.00 A late fee (50.00) will be applied to any payment received after due date.
  • Remediation/ Refresher price includes the class lecture, clinicals, polo shirt, background check for approval to enter into the clinical setting and processing fees.
  • PPD & PHYSICAL (within 6 months), CHICKEN POX, MMR, HEP B, DRIVERS LICENSE, CURRENT CPR CARD, Mask Fit Test, Flu Shot, Drug Test (within 30 days of clinicals) and Proof of NSO Insurance.
  • Titers with lab values are mandatory.

All clinicals are Saturday & Sunday from 7am-7pm @ Osceola Regional Hospital.
All students must bring in the following copies for our records, their due date will be given on the first day of class:

  • MMR titers* on Mandatory Form
  • Varicella titers* on Mandatory Form
  • HEP B titers* on Mandatory Form
  • PPD (within six months) on Mandatory Form
  • Form Flu Shot (during flu season provide evidence of vaccination Oct-April only, or complete declination form stating will wear mask in any patient care area) on Mandatory Form
  • Physical on Mandatory Form (within 6 months)
  • Drug Test (within 30 days) of clinical orientation.
